Yummy, sweet buns topped with any kind of sesonal fruit. With crumble, of cours!
Ingredients for dough:
- 3/4 cup milk
- 50 g fresh yeast
- 5 eggs
- 1,5 cup sugar
- 3 cup flour
- 50 g butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 50 g butter, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar
- Grind ingredients for crumble, put in a fridge.
- Stir the yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour .
- Melt the butter, stir yolks with sugar.
- Pour the flour into a bowl, make a hole in a middle, pour the yeast, yolks with sugar in, mix.
- Add the tepid butter. Knead the dough (20 min).
- Leave in a oven (40'C) to rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough for 1,5 cm thick, cut circles (diameter 6-8cm), put fruit in hollows, sprinkle with crumble.
- Put buns on the buttered tray. Bake about 20 min in 180'C.

Robiłam kiedyś takie drożdżówki z truskawkami, były obłędne. Ja w ogóle bardzo lubię drożdżówki i nie mogę doczekać się, aż na święta zrobię makowe :)
