Becon Egg Muffins

Hello! The winter holidays have just began and because of the huge amount of free time I am able to afford preparing mouth-watering, home-made breakfasts at last! I have sterted with the eggs. They are delicious! The only bad aspect of this meal is that it's high in cholesterol. I have made it just before my dad has gone to the doctor and found out his cholesterol is too high... The very beging of the diet!

 Ingredients:
  • oil
  • 3 eggs (or as many as you want)
  • slices of bacon
  • chopped onions (about 2 teaspoons)
  • some salt and pepper
Preparing:
Preheat oven to 200'C (350'F?).
Put a small amount of oil into the ramekins or muffin tins and spread around to coat the bottom and sides of the tins. Loop slices of bacon around the sides of the tins to form a circle.
Fill the bottom with chopped onions or any veggis you like.
Gently crack one egg into the center of the tin.
Bake about 20 minutes until the egg is white and set. Let sit and using the spoon or knife gently remove the bacon egg cups from the tins and enjoy! Yummy!
