Buns.

 

Yummy, sweet buns topped with any kind of sesonal fruit. With crumble, of cours!
Ingredients for dough:                                         
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 50 g fresh yeast
  • 5 eggs
  • 1,5 cup sugar
  • 3 cup flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
-//- for crumble:
  • 50 g butter, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar
Preparing:
  1. Grind ingredients for crumble, put in a fridge.
  2. Stir the yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour .
  3. Melt the butter, stir yolks with sugar.
  4. Pour the flour into a bowl, make a hole in a middle, pour the yeast, yolks with sugar in, mix.
  5. Add the tepid butter. Knead the dough (20 min).
  6. Leave in a oven (40'C) to rise until doubled in size.
  7. Roll out the dough for 1,5 cm thick, cut circles (diameter 6-8cm), put fruit in hollows, sprinkle with crumble.
  8. Put buns on the buttered tray. Bake about 20 min in 180'C.

  1. Robiłam kiedyś takie drożdżówki z truskawkami, były obłędne. Ja w ogóle bardzo lubię drożdżówki i nie mogę doczekać się, aż na święta zrobię makowe :)
